Have you seen the new Scraps of Darkness and Scraps of Elegance May kits yet?
They're absolutely gorgeous, as always, and I am thrilled to be able to share with you my first project using the Scraps of Elegance kit, a super shabby chic BoBunny featured layout!
Oh, and speaking of BoBunny, did you hear?!
I made it to Round 2 of their 2016 Design Team Callout! This girl couldn't be happier!
The SOE May kit is called "Belle Journee" and it features the very elegant Soiree collection from BoBunny, chipboard from Blue Fern Studios, flowers from Prima and lots more!

Now let's take a closer look at my layout!
I took apart and detached the layers of some of the Prima roses from the add-on to create more flowers. I do this fairly often, as it allows me to make the most of my kit! I added a pearl brad from my own stash in the center.
I covered the Blue Fern Studio chipboard key with Imagine Ink Snow embossing powder.
I used the sand molding paste with the stencil included in the Main kit and added some Frills for more texture.
The little girls are daughters of our friends - as pretty as can be!
